      For offline-installing purpose, I made this Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express Offline Installer / Standalone Setup. Above all, no file was changed. What were packed in are just official and original. No offense to Microsoft Corporation, but the web installer is just not convenient... Because you know, many computers are still working offline and Microsoft never thought to release an VB2010 standalone offline installer though VB2010 has been released for 3 years. Some people like me just refuse to download that 2G Visual Studio 2010 Express ISO for what we want is just the less-than-200MB VB2010 Express.
